Prior to establishing Join Constructions in 2008 Joshua rapidly built up an extensive business portfolio over eight years in the industry, working with a number of highly reputable construction companies including Westfield, Southern Cross Constructions (SX Projects) and Norwich Project Management.

After graduating from the University of NSW with a Bachelor of Building Construction Management in 2002, Joshua’s rapidly developing skill-set saw him managing successful developments, ranging from boutique residential projects to industrial, commercial and civil briefs.

His expertise also extends to unique projects.  The multi-million dollar St George Leagues Oki Oval Grandstand Project, a 16 lot residential subdivision at Bundeena and the ‘Waterfront apartments’ Luxury Residential Development in Rose Bay are just three of the major briefs he has successfully managed.  While at Westfield, Joshua was responsible for the design, coordination an construction of alteration projects within the South Sydney and Wollongong shopping precincts.

At SX Projects Joshua was responsible for the management of the design and development stages of Kogarah OKI Oval and Bundeena Residential Subdivision giving him unique exposure and experience in both sides of the construction process.

Joshua’s passion for building is matched by his desire to grow supportive relationships with his clients, based around honesty, professionalism and a desire to go above and beyond what is expected of him.

Ian Gribble
Site Manager / Director

Ian brings 17 years of building experience to the team and over the course of this career has built up a reputation for excellence among both colleagues and clients.  He has spent the past four years working for SX Projects in which time he has been the site manager on three multi-million dollar developments.

Before joining SX he worked as site manager for Cronulla-based CD Nelson Constructions.  In 1998 he estrablished and managed Valiant Constructions Pty Ltd.  he has also worked as site foreman for McIntosh Constructions.  Ian is a qualified and licensed builder and also holds a certificate in carpentry and joinery.

He worked closely with Joshua on the residential subdivision development of fifteen luxury three-bedroom homes in Bundeena - a job which extended over two years and included developing and constructing civil infrastructure.

A motivated and passionate project planner, Ian is vastly experienced in site coordination.  Ian prides himself on his professionalism and thorough attention to detail.  He values his ongoing relationships with clients and tradesmen and understands the importance of an honest and personable approach.

Joshua and Ian have developed into a dynamic and successful professional team.  Join Constructions represents a natural evolution of their partnership.
